This Girl 3D portrait has been made using the digital sculpting software Pixologic Zbrush, For texturing the character they have used the Marmoset toolbag. The marmoset toolbag has been a realtime rendering software but the new introduction of the marmoset toolbag 4 they have brought a lot of texturing tools to make the tool more powerful here in the down below you can see more pictures of the art.

Baking in Marmoset toolbag 4 :- The bakes are still the same overall, but faster. Importing the bakes for texturing is quite similar to Algorithmic Substance painter. You can start it by creating a texture project, assign the material you want to be affected, then simply plug the maps into their slots, and start using the tools in the toolbag.

About the overall process and improvements, we can say it is faster, not just only in terms of baking but workflow as well, mainly because you don’t have to do any back and forth between your texturing software and Marmoset Toolbag 4. Be careful though, if you go too heavy on illumination before starting the textures, you may end up seeing the colors tinted or over-brightened or darkened, so it is better to start off with a neutral lighting setup and then work your way out to the final lighting instead of concentrating more on the lighting in the initial stages of texturing.

There is an another great improvement is that you can have multiple windows at a time, so you can texture or simply move around in one window while having the render changing in real-time in another. And you can also create your own custom UI setup with this new version of the marmoset toolbag.
